First Trailer for 2 GUNS Starring Denzel Washington & Mark Wahlberg – Plus First Poster & New Images

2 Guns Denzel Washington Mark Wahlberg - CopyThe first trailer for Universal’s Baltasar Kormakur directed action drama 2 Guns has been released online today.  Starring Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg, the film is based on a graphic novel with the same title as it follows two government operatives who are disavowed by their superiors and are forced to go on the run after a mission goes awry.  The cast looks great and the trailer showcases much of the film’s humor as Washington and Wahlberg look like they’ll be great together on screen.  The trailer also gives us a good look at Bill Paxton as the film’s villain.  In a summer filled with films that promise to be great, I’m very much looking forward to this one.  Along with the trailer are some new images and a new poster.  Hit the jump to take a look. New Posters For Danny Boyle’s TRANCE

Trance James McAvoyFour new posters have been released for Danny Boyle’s upcoming film, Trance.  Boyle’s last two films (Slumdog Millionaire, 127 Hours) have been nothing short of spectacular, and with a strong cast here, there are high expectations for this thriller.  Three of the posters are optical illusions, which plays well with the film’s synopsis.  Hopefully Boyle’s next outing can provide Oscar success like his previous work.  Hit the jump to check out the posters! Kick Ass 2 Poster 2New images featured in this month’s edition of Empire Magazine give us another look at this summer’s Kick-Ass 2.  The images give us new shots of Hit-Girl (Chloe Moretz), and we get our first blurred glimpse of Colonel Stars and Stripes’ (Jim Carrey) “Justice Headquarters.”  Kick-Ass 2 picks up with new heroes inspired by the emergence of Kick-Ass, and judging by the synopsis, we’re going to get revenge.  Kick-Ass was a pleasant surprise back in 2010, so I have pretty high hopes for the upcoming sequel.  Hit the jump to check out the new images!
