With the announcement of Jurassic World, Universal has added yet another film to what is really set to be one of the most crazy and exciting years in film of all time. With its June 12th release date, Jurassic World will have stiff competition going into its second weekend with the releases of Assassin’s Creed and Pixar’s Inside Out.
There has yet to be any casting news for the film, but director Colin Trevorrow is credited with writing the screenplay with the help of co-writer Derek Conolly – who was brought in to rewrite the draft penned by Rick Jaffa and Amanda Silver.
