First Clip from STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS
The first clip has been released online from Paramount Pictures’ JJ Abrams-directed sequel Star Trek Into Darkness. The clip features footage of Zachary Quinto‘s Spock that was briefly seen in previous trailers for the film. In the clip, Kirk (Chris Pine) and the Enterprise crew are discussing how to go about rescuing Spock from a volcano on the verge of eruption. The crew are also wearing some pretty snazzy outfits too. It’s really hard to believe how close we are to the film’s release, so keep an eye out for a few more clips from the film. Hit the jump to take a look.
Star Trek Into Darkness is directed by J.J. Abrams, written by Damon Lindelof, Roberto Orci, and Alex Kurtzman, stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Simon Pegg, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, Anton Yelchin, Alice Eve, and Benedict Cumberbatch and opens in IMAX 3D on May 17th, 2013.
