New Teaser Trailer for JJ Abrams’ STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS

Star Trek Into Darkness EnterpriseThe newest teaser trailer for director JJ Abrams’ upcoming sci-fi sequel, Star Trek Into Darkness, is now online.  This teaser is supposedly a shorter version of a trailer to be released later.  Hopes are extremely high for the sequel after JJ Abrams surprised audiences and critics everywhere with his first Star Trek outing, and only adding to the hype is the fact that Abrams is one of the hottest commodities in Hollywood right now.  The trailer boasts a great deal of new footage and dialogue, and I can’t begin to explain how excited I am to see more.  Also, don’t forget to download the Star Trek Into Darkness Mobile App for a chance to see the movie first!  Hit the jump to take a look.

Star Trek Into Darkness is directed by J.J. Abrams, written by Damon Lindelof, Roberto Orci, and Alex Kurtzman, stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Simon Pegg, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, Anton Yelchin, Alice Eve, and Benedict Cumberbatch and opens in IMAX 3D on May 17th, 2013.

Synopsis:
