Super Bowl TV Spots for STAR TREK INTO DARKNESS, IRON MAN 3, THE LONG RANGER, FAST & FURIOUS 6, and More!

Super Bowl XLVII LogoSuper Bowl XLVII is now in the books, and I couldn’t be happier about my beloved Baltimore Ravens bringing the Lombardi Trophy back to Baltimore.  Seeing that my favorite and hometown team was in the game, I was a little too stressed at times to pay attention to all of the commercials and TV spots for some of this year’s big upcoming films.  Thankfully there’s YouTube that can provide all of us a chance to watch all of these great spots over, and over, and over again.  Hit the jump to check out spots from Star Trek Into Darkness, Iron Man 3, Fast & Furious 6, Oz: The Great and Powerful, and many more!

Iron Man 3 is the beginning of Marvel’s “Phase Two” program – starring Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Jon Favreau, Guy Pearce, Ben Kingsley, Don Cheadle, and Rebecca Hall, Iron Man 3 hits theaters May 3rd, 2013.

Marvel’s “Iron Man 3″ pits brash-but-brilliant industrialist Tony Stark/Iron Man against an enemy whose reach knows no bounds. When Stark finds his personal world destroyed at his enemy’s hands, he embarks on a harrowing quest to find those responsible. This journey, at every turn, will test his mettle. With his back against the wall, Stark is left to survive by his own devices, relying on his ingenuity and instincts to protect those closest to him. Fast & Furious 6 stars Vin Diesel, Paul Walker, Dwayne Johnson, Jordana Brewster, Michelle Rodriguez, Ludacris, and Tyrese Gibson, and Luke Evans and will hit theaters on May 24th, 2013.

Since Dom (Diesel) and Brian’s (Walker) Rio heist toppled a kingpin’s empire and left their crew with $100 million, our heroes have scattered across the globe.  But their inability to return home and living forever on the lam have left their lives incomplete.

Meanwhile, Hobbs (Johnson) has been tracking an organization of lethally skilled mercenary drivers across 12 countries, whose mastermind (Evans) is aided by a ruthless second-in-command revealed to be the love Dom thought was dead, Letty (Rodriguez).  The only way to stop the criminal outfit is to outmatch them at street level, so Hobbs asks Dom to assemble his elite team in London.  Payment?  Full pardons for all of them so they can return home and make their families whole again.

The Lone Ranger stars Johnny Depp, Armie Hammer, Helena Bonham Carter, Barry Pepper, Tom Wilkinson, William Fitchner, James Badge Dale, and Ruth Wilson and will hit theaters on July 3rd,2013.

The Lone Ranger is an action-comedy in which the masked hero is brought to life through new eyes. A Native American spirit warrior, Tonto (Johnny Depp), recounts the untold tales that transformed John Reid (Armie Hammer), a man of the law, into a legend of justice. The two unlikely heroes must learn to work together and fight against greed and corruption.

Star Trek Into Darkness is directed by J.J. Abrams, written by Damon Lindelof, Roberto Orci, and Alex Kurtzman, stars Chris Pine, Zachary Quinto, Simon Pegg, Zoe Saldana, Karl Urban, Anton Yelchin, Alice Eve, and Benedict Cumberbatch and opens in IMAX 3D on May 17th, 2013.

In Summer 2013, pioneering director J.J. Abrams will deliver an explosive action thriller that takes “Star Trek Into Darkness.”

Oz: The Great and Powerful  is the prequel to the timeless classic The Wizard of Oz.  StarringJames Franco, Mila Kunis, Rachel Weisz, and Michelle Williams, Oz: The Great and Powerful is set to hit theaters in 3D on March 8th, 2013.

Disney’s fantastical adventure “Oz The Great and Powerful,” directed by Sam Raimi, imagines the origins of L. Frank Baum’s beloved wizard character. World War Z stars Brad Pitt, Mireille Enos, Matthew Fox, James Badge Dale, and David Morse and will hit the big screen on June 21st, 2013.

The story revolves around United Nations employee Gerry Lane (Pitt), who traverses the world in a race against time to stop the Zombie pandemic that is toppling armies and governments and threatening to decimate humanity itself.

21 & Over stars Miles Teller, Justin Chon, and Jonathon Keltz and hits theaters March 1st, 2013.

Straight-A college student Jeff Chang has always done what’s expected of him. But when his two best friends Casey and Miller surprise him with a visit for his 21st birthday, he decides to do the unexpected for a change, even though his critical medical school interview is early the next morning. What was supposed to be one beer becomes one night of chaos, over indulgence and utter debauchery in this outrageous comedy.

Snitch stars Dwayne Johnson, Susan Sarandon, Barry Pepper, and Jon Bernthal and hits theaters February 22nd, 2013.

In the fast-paced action thriller Snitch, Dwayne Johnson stars as a father whose teenage son is wrongly accused of a drug distribution crime and is looking at a mandatory minimum prison sentence of 10 years. Desperate and determined to rescue his son at all costs, he makes a deal with the U.S. attorney to work as an undercover informant and infiltrate a drug cartel on a dangerous mission–risking everything, including his family and his own life.
